Established in 1973, City University of Seattle is one of the Northwest’s largest private, not-for-profit universities serving students with over 30 academic online programs. The Gordon Albright School of Education provides students small cohort class sizes and the opportunity to earn a Master in Education Reading and Literacy, or undergraduate endorsements in the following areas of study: English language learners, mathematics, middle level humanities, middle level mathematics, and reading.

The Division of Arts & Sciences offers undergraduate certificates in child and adolescent services, and gerontology, as well as undergraduate degree programs. The degree programs include: Associate of Science in General Studies, Bachelor of Arts in Applied Psychology, Bachelor of Science in Communications, and Bachelor of Science in General Studies.

The School of Management provides students with the knowledge and skills required for the business world. Students enrolled in this program earn a practical education through comprehensive courses which earn them associate, bachelor, or master degrees, or earn them graduate or undergraduate certificates.

City University of Seattle serves a diverse student population obtaining degrees and certificates through a variety of online programs. The university’s online programs are flexible, and accessible via a virtual classroom called “blackboard.” Students can retrieve assignments, discuss topics, check grades, and work on team projects via the Internet.
