I enjoy reading your advice to students and their parents.
I am an HR professional specialising in Compensation & Benefits. I do not have a formal certification in HR. I’m quite interested in taking up something to enhance my career. A few friends suggested that I take on a specialised course like CIPD or CCP. But maybe it’s better to pursue an MBA in HR.
